    RECORD UNAVAILABLE GREETING

    • press *97 login to voice mail
    • press 0 advance option
    • press 1 recording unavailable greeting
    • press # press pound key to save greeting

    RECORD BUSY GREETING

    • press *97 login to voice mail
    • press 0 advance option
    • press 2 recording your busy greeting
    • press # press pound key to save greeting

    RECORD TEMPORARY ( HOLIDAY ) GREETING

    • press *97 login to voice mail
    • press 0 advance option
    • press 4 recording your temporary greeting
    • press # press pound key to save greeting

    CHECK VOICE MAIL

    • press *97# to check your voice mail
    • press 0 mail box options
    • press 2 change folders
    • press 3 advance options
    • press # press pound exit

    RECORD GREETING FROM ANOTHER PHONE

    • Press *97  to voice mail
    • Press Ext Number on the phone who is your target for the recording voice mail.
    • Press 0 to go into the mailbox settings on the phone.
    • Press 1 ( unavailable message), 2 ( bussy ), or 4  to record the type of your greeting, press 3 to record your name
    • after the tone say your unavailable message and t press the # key to saving the message
    • Press 1 to accept your recording, press 2 to listen to it, press 3 to rerecord the message

    DELETING TEMPORARY ( HOLIDAY ) GREETING

    • press *97 login to voice mail
    • press 0 advance option
    • press 4 recording your temporary greeting
    • press 2 for deleting your temporary greeting

    FORWARD AND PICKUP FUNCTIONS

    PARK CALLERS ON SHARE PARKING

    • pickup the handset or speaker phone
    • press Park button ( you will have red lite on it )
    • hangup and establish a new a call internal call to introduce the parked caller to your colleague
    • hung up the handset
    • your colleague will pick up parked caller with pressing the red button

    TRANSFER A CALLS

    • pickup the handset
    • press FORWARD button on your horizontal phone menu
    • press Target Extension number  for forwarding
    • press # key to speed up the transfer

    PICK UP CALL FROM ANOTHER EXTENSION

    • Pickup the handset or speaker phone
    • press ** ( twice start button )
    • press Ext Number of the target phone
    • press # press pound key to pickup the call

    FPAGING AND INTERCOM FUNCTIONS

    INTERCOM = 1 to 1 CONVERSATION, FULL DUPLEX

    • press *80 EXT #

    PAGING TO  MANY CONVERSATION. HALF DUPLEX
